At Gumbies, we want you to love your new footwear, which is why we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Whether the fit isn't quite right or you've changed your mind, we are here to ensure your journey remains comfortable.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn Gumbies in their original box and ensure the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
